To ensure academic excellence, professional development, and effective institutional management, the Malaysian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship and Business (MGSEB) has established a set of quality objectives. These objectives aim to continuously enhance teaching, learning, research, and administrative practices, in alignment with accreditation standards, industry requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

The Quality Objectives of MGSEB include:

  1. At least 80% of staff achieve an LNPT score of 85% or above.

  2. At least 75% of academic staff hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree or an equivalent qualification.

  3. Academic programmes are reviewed at least once every five (5) years.

  4. Student evaluation scores for teaching and learning achieve a minimum average score of 4.0 across all evaluation categories, including course content, lecturer performance, facilities, e-learning, and transparency in assessment and feedback.

  5. At least 93% of graduates are employed within six (6) months after graduation.

  6. At least 68% of academic staff serve as Principal Investigators for research grants.
