Universiti Malaysia Kelantan

Dean's Message

ASSOC. PROF. DR NOORSHELLA CHE NAWI

Assalamualaikum WBT and Salam Sejahtera,

I am delighted to introduce you to the Malaysian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship & Business (MGSEB), a management school focusing on entrepreneurship education that is part of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. Established in 2014 and accredited by JPT in 2015, MGSEB has produced over 401 alumni in its MBA and DBA programs.

Our goal at MGSEB is to be recognized as a world-class provider of higher education in entrepreneurship and business, cultivating a new generation of managers, leaders, and transformative entrepreneurs. We believe that implementing entrepreneurship education in postgraduate management and business programs will create executives with more equitable, innovative, and ethical mindsets.

To achieve our goal, we aim to integrate our network of industries and industrial fellows into our teaching and learning processes. We offer executive education programs to private and government sectors, with both online and offline courses to cater to their needs.

In 2021, we aim to strengthen our governance and administration foundation and make aggressive promotions domestically and internationally. We plan to expand to Kuala Lumpur in Q2 of 2022 and offer executive programs, MBA, and DBA programs in the Klang Valley while maintaining the hybrid approach. By 2024 and 2025, we aim to achieve financial sustainability and receive accreditation from the AACSP.

At present, MGSEB is a member of professional bodies such as The Chartered Management Institute, AACSB, Association of Asian Pacific for Business School, and the Malaysian Institute of Management, contributing to the value of our MBA and DBA programs.

As the top management of MGSEB, I envision MGSEB to be recognized as one of the world-class graduate schools of entrepreneurship and business by 2025 and 2026. I welcome any comments, ideas, or suggestions to strengthen the culture of continuous knowledge and lifelong learning.

Thank you for visiting the MGSEB website.
